OFFERING HOUSING Im subletting one of the two bedrooms in my NYC apartment. The bedroom is pretty big and has a full-size bed, theres a large, eat-in kitchen, new appliances, high ceilings and laundry in the building. The the apartment is beautifully furnished (in my opinion) and its located right off the northwest corner of Central Park, just around the corner from the B and C trains and everything else you might need on the Upper West Side. Im leaving January 8th and traveling until Feb 2nd, and need someone to take over my bedroom while Im gone. My roommate is super sweet, considerate, friendly and neat. Im asking that whoever rents my bedroom be the same way. The basic standards of shared apartment living definitely apply - take out the trash when its full, wash your dishes when youre done, dont leave your stuff everywhere, etc. :) The room is available starting Jan 8th, the rent for the duration is $1,100 including utilities.
