OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR We are currently recruiting for an office administrator for a company based in Richmond (Surrey). Location: Richmond (Surrey), London Schedule: Full-time Salary: £19,000 - £21,000 (negotiable) THE ROLE • using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases; • devising and maintaining office systems; • managing and maintaining corporate properties • managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing; • ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment; • sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post; • dealing with telephone; • liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation; • organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information; • photocopying and printing various documents. THE CANDIDATE • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; • professional telephone manner; • a good deal of common sense, etiquette and an ability to think on one’s feet; • good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint); • excellent organizational skills; • bright, confident personality; • well presented; • highly personable; • flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised. ; • previous experience working as administrator or similar role is welcomed, but not necessary, training will be given.
