OFFICER BOOTY serious post: PLEASE READ While my career as a professional in the medical field grows, my outlook on adapting socially to the furry fandom is changing. My journey to remove myself from the butthurt husky side of antics have been in effect for a while. For the obvious reason that I do not wish to project a hostile, obnoxious, and outright conflicting presence with who I am in person and who I imagine my character to be. The inlusive nature from my friends expecting me to be everything that is butthurt has been emotionally taxing and redundantly exhausting. It is a name that was coined during my early days in FA and it stuck for a while, mostly to spite the pedestal that is FA and the waves of bandwagon hurt in its entirety. Yes, I have seen every submit butthurt here piece of paper and meme in every shape and form there is on the internet that is relevant to the topic. No, I do not wish to submit any form of hate or hurt upon people of anyones choosing. Again, I AM NOT THE HARBINGER OF HURT. I, like others, utilize the fandom as an alternative escape to the mundane or the maliciously tedious travels I experience throughout the day... working with deathbed ridden individuals and the emotions that demand the best of empathy. Holding strong and being a strangers only foundation during their last moments will crush even the most inconsiderate. Just try to find some sort of emotional balance after being humbled into tears almost every day. It is a challenge that becomes harder as I go in the medical field. For the posts that I make or share, they should be taken as harmless humor at best. I do not intend to slander or directly insult. As I have invested so much of my serious endeavors into my real life pursuit, the fandom of anthropomorphic characters have been falling behind, exposing itself as the more feeble. Feeble in the attempt to hold a respectable regard to what is important in life.
