#OFFREPORT Sunday, July 27, 2014 Choo-choo! All aboard! Finally something to look at on the East Coast. The national Hurricane Center is calling for a 40% chance of development oand becoming our 2nd named storm of the season (Bertha). Were not going to put a lot stock in to this forecast since its still 180 hours out, but it is indeed Summer and theres now much else to talk about in the way of surf.
