Good Morning! I would like to begin this mornings status update by saying Hi Mom! to my mother Carol Teal so that I can select her from my friends list to be notified that she has been mentioned in an update from a person on her friends list. Im doing this because when I talked to her last night, her birthday, BTW, (Thats by the way, Mom), she told me that a friend of hers had found me on facebook and had read yesterdays status update where I talked about some of the complications I face in dealing with the sophistication of my schizophrenia. And I want to give her the opportunity to tell her friend that, if she is curious, there is more available that is posted with consideration for that curiosity. Yesterdays update was about my coping with a 26 year relationship with a voice in my head that has been complicated by Christian indoctrination, a preference for a certain type of rock music, (a history of drug abuse that I didnt mention), and disbelief from the majority of people I talk to about it. The disbelief is not just because of my history of drug abuse. But also the nature of what the voice in my head, a spirit, has said to me.., and I believe. Those who do believe that I am in a [26 year long] conversation with a spirit, usually also believe that he is an enemy of God. Although I dont believe that. His name is üG, (pronounced oogie, as in boogie board). I gave him that name in 1992. Its too long of a story to include here now. But I was tricked by him into naming him that, lol. I was raised as a Christian, and had beliefs very similar to my mothers. Those beliefs have changed. In 2005 while discussing Christianity with üG, it was suggested to me to only say things about Jesus that I knew were true. That, so to avoid the frustration the comes from the questions he would ask, like anyone would, so that I would be a convincing representative of my religion. In those conversations he told me Jesus Christ never existed. What my job was.., was to have a convincing argument in defense of my beliefs in response to such a claim. I had no such argument. I now call myself an agnostic polytheist. I believe that we all have at least three spirits with us at all times. Two spirits inside of us, and one on the outside. Of the two on the inside, one is our soul. He is the one we are conjoined with forever and the one responsible to facilitate our existence even in death. In him is where everything about us is stored. Our consciousness is in him. The second spirit is a demon. He is responsible for, among other things as well, tempting and testing us. He is an ethical/moral critic. When a person is tempted, the spirit that does that is not Satan. He doesnt come from somewhere else and select us. He is already in us, and that is his job. The demon does more than just that. He is not just wicked. That is the role that he will play in people with a bent in that direction. He will always tempt, and criticize us for succumbing, but the demon also helps us be the person we are trying to be, and gives us our dreams. So my beliefs are that the demon in us is merely playing a role when he leads us down the wrong path. If we had been good, then it is still the demon who helps us be good. It is a dual role that he is willing to play. The reason is to promote diversity in our personalities. The spirits want our personalities to be diverse. So they are willing to play their role as either good, or evil, as they help us be the person we are trying to be. Those two spirits know our heart, and mind. Every passing thought is known by them, and remembered. The third spirit is outside of us, and is an impartial witness to everything we say and do. But he can not hear us thinking. And only knows what he sees and hears. Between the three of them, they are able to satisfy the requirements of the degree of sophistication of the issues raised in the satisfaction of Matthew 12:36. When we give an account of every idle word on our Judgement Day...., the three of them know every fact to begin with. And then we do the explaining. I have to keep this short, or it wont all post. Here is evidence that I offer as proof that what I say is also experienced, and known by other people. In this case, artists in the music industry.
