OH BULLSHIT :poop: - Dr. Loren Nations (pictured below) Founder and Director at Veterinary Healthcare Associates in Winter Haven who worked with Alicia Grasso-Gutierrez is just trying to save the clinics ass & reputation by saying that Grasso-Gutierrez was terminated by Veterinary Healthcare Associates BEFORE her arrest. If you are TERMINATED from somewhere you dont come in on your day off to update medical files etc. - as the co-worker said Gutierrez told her she was doing. Original article says: She came in on her day off Sunday, and was acting strangely, a co-worker told deputies the following day. (Are you trying to tell me the co-worker didnt know she was TERMINATED?) Grasso-Gutierrez said she wanted to update medical files, records show. But she did not update any files, and the co-worker said she saw her withdraw some saline, deputies said. The co-worker then saw Grasso-Gutierrez go into an office where clinic workers keep liquid hydromorphone, a schedule II narcotic used to treat pain, deputies said. Though a closed-circuit camera, she saw Grasso-Gutierrez take a bottle of the narcotic and hide it under some paper. Grasso-Gutierrez left the office, returned a few minutes later, and put the bottle back, deputies said. When the co-worker checked the bottle, she found its seal was broken.
