OH GOD WHY ME!!! Its not very often I ever moan, but for techno lovers you would understand the upset. I receive the new iphone from *SPARK in the mail, huge excitement, 2 mins into receiving the new . BROKEN! SO upset I could cry, kids are not allowed to talk to me. So Ill take you through it, so it doesnt happen to you. 1. Phone arrives, you wont get any info on how to place your sim card into the phone, (sorry, there is a picture hidden away inside a envelope, but you wont see that) so you will have to ring up and find where the slot is. 2. Then you will talk to someone from sales that doesnt know anything about the new phones, and their accent is bad so you cant understand them, and they get pissed off with you because you keep asking for them to repeat themselves 4. Then you have to figure out, how to open sim card opening. 5. Then you have 3 invisible layers of plastics to punch your sim card out, you figure this out because you cant get the sim card in. 6. While youre juggling talking to the sales guy, that knows nothing! You place sim card in, then you realize it was meant to be placed on the lid thats sitting by the phone. 7. No way is that sim card coming out now. 8. Get to the SPARK store now! Get kids in car, firmly instruct them they will not run around the store and will be quiet and not move. and god I must have be clear, because the first time in their lives, they did what they were told. 9. 2 mins later, we were in the shop. NO GO. Im not the first person to do that, and wont be the last. Not covered under warranty - back in about 10 - 15 days. ARGHHHHHHHH 10. what I would have given for clear instructions.
