OH. GOOD. GOD. Im gonna make some people maaddd when I say this.....but Im gonna say it anyway. The Great SCS Ordeal of 2014, has got to be the stupidest thing I have ever seen. If people spent as much time and energy trying to reach people for Christ as they do criticizing others and stirring the pot, we just might accomplish what we were created to do in the first place. Im pretty sure this teacher didnt get hired to preach her beliefs. She was hired because shes a teacher and she was hired to do her job. Sumiton Christian was designed to be a school set apart, to be a beacon to the community and a light to the world. Its founded on the Bible and last time I checked, the Bible teaches to love everyone as Christ loved us. Might not agree with someone or their beliefs but guess what, its not our place to judge. And that is exactly what Im seeing. I dont know this person but I do know all of the people talking crap are not giving a very good impression of the school and the people associated with it. This person was obviously qualified to fulfill the position needed and as long as it does not interfere with her work, what in the sam hell does it matter. But its pretty sad that shell more than likely be scrutinized and every single move will be put under a microscope when she might be an excellent teacher. I wish everyone would get the real picture and just love people. Thats it, just love people. So please, do everyone a favor, before you open your immature, hypocritical, and judgmental mouths, cram it with something.
