OK --- getting desperate now ! Got some steaks at the Lifers Sr Citizens fellowship last Tuesday --- fresh from the packing house in Seneca... Cooked the smallest one up for myself this evening... Smelled great / tasted great / couldnt get it to go down... No teeth / couldnt chew it adequately ! I did NOT give up ! Cut it up into tiny bits with a pair of utility kitchen scissors and ran it thru the blender ! It WAS good ! No darned piece of meat is going to get away from ME ! :-P
