OK - to all of my friends out there whom I have enjoyed great conversations with on politics and other issues of the day - I will as of today - block you if you pay homage to Trayvon Martin, via your homepage picture, over the law and over a jury who did their job. To make Martin out to be some kind of hero is disgusting to me as a Democrat - it is like making Bush a hero - IMO. To call him in to a group that includes MLK, Medgar Evers, Emmitt Till, even to Miss Rosa Parks - is an abomination to them all as well as their memory for what they meant to all races of this nation. I hate to do it BUT it is mine to do. I have been happy to have some of you as friends and am sure I will miss our conversations, but I can not stand for anyone disrespecting my legal system, the jury system nor those historical figures he is being compared to. Thank you for all I have learned.
