OK--so can I brag just a little? I sold this property in less than two weeks for $25,000 OVER list price! PLUS a free 60 day rent-back for my sellers. We received six solid offers on the home and 40 days later it officially closed! How? Well...Ill only tell you if you are my client! ;-) But, seriously, I am sooooo happy for my clients! They are over the moon! (Thats a big chunk of extra money)! They honestly, were a little hesitant about my strategy at the beginning (they all are the first time--lol) but they put their trust in me and went for it! My strategy is very different from most listing agents; it goes against the norm...and most people who know me, know I consistently go against the norm. Time and time again I have proven my method to my clients and they are consistently thrilled---it really is the only time you will ever hear me say, I told you so. Innovative, intuitive and inventive is what you get when you work with me. This is not just a job...Its a torrid love affair adventure intermingled with statistics, science and strategy! ;-) Cheers!
