OK. Called Time Warner yesterday and after a good 30 minutes on the phone the gentleman said he was going to have to send a technician out today and scheduled us between 5 PM and 6 PM. Yep, you got it.... no show. He also said he saw where we have been having ongoing issues since 2 August and he was crediting our account from then forward. Yep, you got it, no record of our phone conversation and with no scheduled appointment. Lady today said they cannot credit that far back and she will make another appointment for us. I am at the boiling point!
