OK....I volunteered to help at the Turkey Trot race in AA this AM. My job was to block off (with my car) a side street, connected to Main St., where the race was run. One couple in their 50s (all dressed up....going to church?) were so upset that they had to turn around....the guy started yelling at me about it not being organized...so I said: Look sonny, Im only redirecting traffic He was furious that I called him sonny saying How dare you call me sonny so I responded: OK, how bout asshole Now the woman (as the car was turning around) said: Its not befitting a woman your age to use that language...so I said: I call em like I see em and now I see two assholes. Its such a joy being old and expressing oneself...half the people think you have dementia and the other half think youre just crazy.
