OK.......Its early 1984. I just lost my job. Joey was about a year and a half old when Peggy and I pack it all up and move back to our old apartment in Ventura,CA. The thing is.... Peggys Mom and sister were living there now. They let the 3 of us move in anyways. Its pretty crowded and Im delivering newspaper bundles to kids in the morning as my only income. I come home one day and Peggy says to me Im pregnant. I look at her and ask....How the hell did that happen? (For the record, I KNOW how it happens)...Pegs Mom and sister found another place to live. I discovered the Apple Macintosh which was also born in 1984 and things worked out just fine. 29 years ago today the world got better when Christopher Pironti entered it. As most parents, I remember sitting on the couch holding Joey and looking at Peggys belly and wondering...How can I possibly love another baby as much as I love this guy I am holding?? But you know what? You do...every bit as much. Chris COMPLETED our family. Chris is married, a home owner and a proud firefighter and paramedic of the city he was born in....beautiful Ventura, CA. I love him and his wife Cory to heaven and back. Happy Birthday Christafalo! I miss you.... Dad
