OK, OK so my hubby blurted out the big news. I PASSED my principal certification test! My husband teased me the night before about being nervous about the test. I can never let you know how much your unwavering faith in my brilliance means to me. I love you Mark. My mother, Rosa, said from the moment I walked in the door exhausted,We are celebrating this weekend!! Mom you have role modeled a successful educated woman is capable of anything she wants to be. You make my bad days good with your humor and your hugs. You make sure we celebrate all my accomplishments. You make me feel special. I love you Mom. My dad has taught me a love for leadership and the pursuit to be in a position to make a real difference in the lives of my the people of my community. He always has the suprised tone in his voice when I tell him I passed, but his eyes always let me know he never doubted me for a second. My sister is my concience that reminds me that bad things will always happen, but with my Batch, a smile is never far behind. Celeste is Celeste. Rainbows and sunshine need I say more. My babies are the inspiration for everything I do. Markj, Zach, and Michael are my heart that pushes me on even when I am nervous or scared. I love that Alyssa and Layla Salas were here when I found out I passed and did their celebratory dance for me! Oh and not to mention the death hug from Layla. My cup runneth over and for tonight all is as it should be. Who knows what tomorrow might bring, but now it has the possibility of at least one more dream.
