OK!! That dam SIFH Cave is COLD!! Temperature supposedly went up to 48 degrees but that is still cold let me tell you!! In between sets I stood next to the heater and warmed my hands and face!! My poor toes are COLD!! I was serious!! Ya heard! I did not even put music on!!! I went out there with my hoodies on, I super sets for EVERYTHING!! Actually this was one of my better workouts because I was focused and not lollygaggin around!!! Time for CARDIO!!!!
