OK, correct me if Im wrong, but when a family is entitled to child tax credits, the money paid is to provide for the children named on the awards notice ie, those children resident with the claimant?? How can it be, that csa is allowed to use my childrens tax credits, that are paid to me, not to Chris, as allowable income when calculating maintenance payments for chriss son? Surely his mother will get child tax credits for him...why does she need mine? I dont get it?!!!!!!
