OK down to one baby. And shes asleep. Tore up Bob The Turkey. Not much left. Almost no white meat at all. I knew I should of bought two. I am going to do a prime rib at Christmas. Tossed the dogs a bunch of useless parts, set aside some for turkey salad and the rest is simmering away for two dinners. Hot turkey with gravy over taters and turkey pot pie. Made turkey salad out of what I could adding cranberries and pecans. I like to have a meal ready, as they get off the bus. I know the school feeds them lunch but those three boys are ALWAYS hungry when they get off the bus. So I make them a sandwich and a couple of sides, like peaches and celery sticks. Reading one of Joy Redmonds lovely books until the baby wakes or kids get home. LML.
