OK foodies and lovers of all things french fries ... I personally like fries but I can take them or leave them in most cases I tried them many ways and using various vegetables as fries. However I have yet to try (Poutine). Poutine is a common Canadian dish, originating in Quebec, made with french fries, topped with a light brown gravy-like sauce and cheese curds. So whats you take on it , have you tried it or want to try it , have you had any variety of this dish?
