OK gang, its starting to look like the land of the misfit toys over here! First is Itsy, a 4 lb yorkie gal 6 yrs old with no real use of one back leg, xrays today revealed old fractures and deformities in pelvis and leg, so shes on pain meds and antibiotics to get the mouth and kennel cough cleared so she can have a dental but vet advised against trying to correct legs. 2nd is 4lb. Chihuahua girl that came to shelter after large dog attack, wounds and bruising, total lap dog, scared. 3rd is female yorkie after her bilateral femoral head removal, pelvis was shattered, needs physical therapy 3 times a day, we can teach how to do this, last picture is male yorkie after surgery, his owner lied when turning dog into animal control, and actually break was at least two weeks old, bones were already calcified and needed bone grafts, pins, rods inside and out, that is the outside rods and pins wrapped that you see. All of these dogs far exceeded our funds and need donations and foster homes.
