OK gentlemen, here goes. The VA and its health care system is close to home for most of us. Suzanne Gordan is a nationally known journalist and author known for her work on health care systems. Suzanne is currently doing research for a book on the VA health Care System. I talked to her this morning and suggested that some of us may very well be willing to share experiences of the system with her. I asked her to write about what she is doing and that I would share it on the FB page. My friend Lou Kern suggested I post this. I am writing a book about the Veterans Health Administration, focusing particularly on the quality of care and care coordination as well as innovative services provided to Veterans that they would have trouble finding in the private sector. I am interested in talking to veterans about their experiences with the VHA and would welcome any insights or input you could provide. I look to hearing from anyone who would care to contact me.
