OK guys I know I been abit quiet for awhile since the bike got canned ,but for the benefit of the newer members that are a little unfamiliar with your machines heres some guidelines you may wanna stand by so you dont end up spending too much more money and/or time...... 1.Strong advice...for those of you that wanna add accessories and electronics please invest in a fusebox grounded directly to the battery and use the switched output on your bike as the trigger point.....alot of the 1290s have been immobilised due the power draw from the autotune widebands and other accessories due to this.Do not tap other wires as the immobiliser and MTC has priority over the canbus...well sort of.. 2.On the dyno base run I discovered a few things, the mtc and abs is the overider of the map......it doesnt literally have 3 maps its just 1 map with influences by the mtc....at stock standard the map is lean at and rich at exactly the points that need to be tuned and goes good at wot....Ideally you may wanna go 13.5,13.4,13.3,13.2 on the powercurve to get it in check. My 2 cents ....Cheers
