OK guys here it is: The 30 day challenge will begin on SATURDAY the 7th of February at 8am. and finish on the 7th March. **Saturday 7th FEB** Nutrition Seminar - this isnt a lecture about the food pyramid and a piece of paper meal plan written by someone who doesnt know or care about you. We are going to look at the food you are currently eating, what you like and teach YOU how to plan your meals. We will give you the knowledge and food scales (included) to master your meal plan. Once you have created your meal plan you need to stick to it. You will be scored on your adherence to this meal plan through the app two grand. You will be required to post a picture of your meal as you eat it. No picture, no point. Body composition scan (9:30 7th FEB)- The Information gained from this scan is very accurate. More importantly it will give us a measuring point Body fat percentage, Lean muscle mass and the information we need to build your meal plan. we will have the guys from InBody Australia back on the 7th MARCH at 8:00 to retest. You will be scored on according to how your scans reflect your progress. (Body Fat, Lean Muscle etc) Fitness assessment - Another scoring aspect will be a benchmark workout. We will complete the workout on completion of the Nutrition seminar on the 7th FEB and after our body comp scans on the 7th March. Your points will reflect your performance in both assessment and how much you improve. **7th FEB - 7th MAR** WOD attendance at CrossFit Pine Rivers. You will receive a point for every workout you attend AND and additional point if you check into CrossFit Pine Rivers with a Photo! Meal Plan adherence as explained above. **Friday 20th FEB** Leaderboard review. **7th MAR** Body composition scan 8:00AM as explained above Fitness assessment as explained above. Once all scores are finalised the winner will be announced and prize awarded on Monday the 9th MAR
