OK heart monitor off and am more certain it is the ribs and upper back causing so much of the pain. With all the bulges in the cervical area and then the herniated disc then add the compression fractures I have lost so much height that the ribs are getting compromised. The xiphoid process has flipped in the diaphragm cause the internal organs to be pushed up. And the back last 4 ribs (floating ribs),are hitting across the top of the hip bone (iliac crest) Very rough night! Bless you all and enjoy the rest of the week-end. Off to U-Stream Church.
