OK in all seriousness...be careful. Uphill: shorten your stride, use your arms swing, scoop the air back with your hand, blade hand forward, take long deep breathes. Downhill: use gravity to pull you, imagine a string from your belly button pulling you, use your arms less dangle them, if you are going too fast lean back, safe mid-foot landing and enjoy. Shake off your shoulders every couple of minutes maybe between songs to stay relaxed both uphill and downhill. Have ice ready for your quads when you get home. Elevate your legs. Ibuprofen...
