OK, it is some kind of game, but what the heck... I got a number 8 from Laurel … here goes #1 I love my husband to all distraction, but would consider leaving him in a moment if Harrison Ford ever winked at me with intent. #2 I sing everywhere I go. There is usually a song in my head, sometimes I hum as I walk through the office or house, and pretty much everything reminds me of a song. Consequently, I will break into song if I forget where I am and who is around. I also tend to dance in the kitchen while I’m cooking. #3 I play the drums, and often find myself picking up pencils as drum sticks and tapping my toes like a base drum and hi-hat as I’m working and listening to music. #4 I never went to college. Actually turned down a scholarship because I got pregnant and married. But have never felt like I missed much. But I stole a book from my junior high English teacher and she just smiled and never asked for it back. #5 I’m lucky enough to be married to my best friend. And I’ve been dating him since we were 15. He is 19 days older than me and he still makes me laugh. #6 I was never legally able to get into a bar without having to get a babysitter first. Until we all grew up a bit. I had my first child when I was 18, the third when I was 25. #7 I am strangely entranced by Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” song. It makes me laugh and want to dance. #8 I have very few female friends, because they tend to be all dramatic and get on my nerves. Men tend to make more sense, and accept it when I roll my eyes at them for being men. But my best female friend is my beautiful daughter, who grew up to be a wonderful woman.
