OK ,looking at having a pre Hercules ,Seminar,Workshop,Boot camp ! call it what you like, by public demand ,I like to think of it more of a gathering of kindred spirits .I / we will cover everything, absolutely everything you need to know to help you be your best,from the final phase of pre contest prep,Supps,diet ,peds, posing,compolsories,routines,criteria,stage presence,judging ,day if the show,confidence building,tips ,absolutely everything.All in boys and girls,will be a great day and put everyones mind at rest,teach you and help you.Im thinking end of March ,final phase.here in Colchester and I wont be kicking the ass out if a fee,a K each should cover it..... 5 k and you can pick your first place trophy up on the day. , !
