OK…next Sat. Dec 13 Hopp n Friends Music, Art, Theatre & Dance and Finns Harborside present A Christmas To Remember. This show is full of many local musicians, dancers and artists. The entertainment starts at 8pm but there are raffles all day and night long. During the day we will raffle off twin lobsters every hour from noon until 6pm and all raffle items will be there for you to try your luck. You do not have to be there to win the raffles. Name and contact info on tickets and we will call you if you win. We will Raffle off guitars, drums, music lessons, lobsters, gift certificates and baskets, 50/50, artwork and much more… This show has a very strong Art presentation with Christmas around the corner. All the artists will be showing and selling many unique gifts for you to buy for someone special. We will also do another community art project together. The local artists that are presenting and performing at this show are: Dawn Grady…Dawn is a painter, leather worker, and all around artsy kind of lady. She works with many mediums and for this show is presenting her slate paintings which are holiday inspired and some of her oil paintings as well. Dawn usually sells out quick so see her early…. Tim Batty…Our resident abstract surreal artist Tim is always changing and collaborating with many other artists. He is passionate and intense and it shows in his work. His creative side is colored with a rich, deep, complicated and engaging energy which shows even in his simplest of paintings… Zoë Tardigrade…Fresh, youthful, off the beaten trail, with touching and personal artwork that gives us a glimpse into her journey…and her art invites us to see a bit of ourselves in there too… Colette Aimee…We have been trying to get Colette to one of our shows for awhile. And you will see why as soon as you see her artwork…Original, beautiful, colorful, dreamy, full of stories and dripping fantasy. Colettes art explodes into your senses through your eyes and captivates you in a world she creates… Angelique and the Green Planet by Joanne M. Phillips...Joanne will be autographing copies of Angelique and the Green Planet as well as selling prints, cards and other items with her artwork on it. This includes the Angelique and the Green Planet cover art. Joanne is also a great example of creating a complete fantasy world with her beautiful artwork… Colleen Kelley…Colleen is a deep, powerful, sweet, inspirational and creative ray of light. In all of her creative arts she brings you on a journey out and in. Her artwork breathes in all kinds of mediums, full of a deep passion and high in spirit. Her writing is soulful, truthful, personal and engaging. Colleen will have a multitude of art to share with us… Donny Nicholas… D & J Creations…Donny is an old friend and has some incredible jewelry art. A seasoned professional with a little kids enthusiasm. Donnys art is in high demand. He lives by and creates from a beautiful, passionate and caring heart that reaches out and grabs you and leads you with care to a place you want to go…need to go Scott Dido…Scott will be doing Henna Body Art…However...Scott is a powerful, humble, grateful and passionate artist. He creates art in so many forms it boggles your mind. His artwork is full of heart, spirit, the earth, the universe, and has a quality that is beautiful and truthful. Scott is a well oiled, interesting person with many stories and an old soul with the little boy still evident all over and around him… Claudia DeCesare….Claudia works with all kinds of stuff and transforms them either back to their original beauty or she breathes some beautiful new life into them. Claudia will leads us in A Community Art Project that is touching, and cool...
