OK, this has to go out to everyone that is supporting Hands up, dont shoot or Cops shouldnt shoot unarmed people. This is dash cam footage of a traffic stop due to seat belt violation. The people in the car are both black. At NO POINT does the cop pull anything racist or do anything except investigate. Right around 6 minutes and 40 seconds the passenger gets out of the car, holding his HANDS UP, and appears to be unarmed. He walks back to the cop car, talks to the cop, returns to the car, comes back again hands up, and whips out a gun shooting Sgt. Chesnut 5 times. The LEO lives only because of fast action by other LEOs. But this is why if you do not comply with the orders of an LEO you have a great chance of being shot - you are putting the cop in the mindset of My life could be in danger and if he/she has to choose between shooting you to get out of that possible situation or possibly dying guess which one they are going to take?
