OK we have some news on different issues: 1) the case with national forest the case was remanded back to the lower court with an order to the judge to vacate his decision. It is not a win, but it wipes the slate clean for a new trial. We will be filing a new suit with a new strategy.. More info to follow. This is a positive position we have now since no judgment was filed. Please call an LSA board member or pm us for info. 2) we have a new congress going in in January that should be friendly to sportsmen. We need to thank them for what they are doing to protect our hunting and gun rights. 3) LSA will never quit trying to protect hunters and hunting in LA as long as our members want us to fight for them. 4) the LSA banquet on November 13 in Winnfield is for the public. Everyone needs to be there. Men women children families.. Fun, food and fellowship for the price of an all you can eat meal is hard to beat!!!! Keep Hunting.
