OKOA KENYA is a confused initiative. The issues they want addressed by their proposed referendum are broad, non-specific and vague. Theyre as follows; 1. To increase revenue and function allocation to County Govt and strengthen devolution. 2. To strengthen the role of the National Land Commission and define the role of and benefits for communities in natural resources. 3. To strengthen electoral systems to ensure free, fair, transparent, efficient, accurate and accountable elections. 4. To provide for ethnic inclusivity, equity and diversity in public appointments and increased representation of women, youth and people with disability. 5. To strengthen public institution and constitutional commissions 6. Any other amendments to the above amendments.
