OKies.. a significant Orange saga Development.. Whilst on a tech support call (again) about the new Signal Booster box which has died, I asked about the open ticket re the mast issues.. Raised in September.. Seems its a ping pong ball kinda scenario between EE and BT re line bandwidth and in BTs eyes is not big enough for them to do anything about in in a meaningful timescale.. Read, cant be arsed. So I ask why I need to stay with EE given there isnt a prospective fix in a decent timescale vs my remaining months on contract.. Advice was to seek pac code and leave and find a provider who can give coverage which suits my area. A few mins later I have my Pac code and am free to leave Orange/EE. 17+ years with the same network, saddens me I have no alternative but to leave them and seek a working Phone network.. BUT I cant continue like this so looks like I am now in the market for a Phone provider who can have working coverage on 3G and calls which make it to my handset within the GL10 postcode.. O2 is poor network on 3G (as I already have an O2) and Voda is also poor here.. So 3 looks possible.. Any thoughts?
