OLA sucks,OLA sucks, OLA sucks refer my booking no. CRN 4859100.i was a regular user of OLA but the Name OLA washed out from my memory, such worst experience not even any enemy would do the practices which you people are committing and sucking the peoples money. i had booked a Cab 16/03/2014 for 07.00 PM i booked at 11.30 AM, near 6.30 PM i made a call to OLA cabs , they assure me that your booking is confirmed, will allot you vehicle very shortly, after few mins i recieved a text saying that,YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO A DELAY, WE DEEPLY REGRET OUR INABILITY TO SERVE YOU , it shows inability of professionalism, inability in commitment, inability trust worthy and unsecured service. ruining peoples money.
