OMBUDSMAN MORAL-LESS ANOTHER CASE OF DOUBLE STANDARD? While Ombudsman Moral-less is so quick to act on the cases of GMA and the perceived enemies of this yellow administration, she is also fast on the draw to downgrade charges against allies of her boss Noynoy. Take the case of BI Associate Commissioner Siegfried Mison who was charged by Felino Quirante, Bureau of Immigration Administrative Division Chief, with deceit and fraudulent intent to gain, by attempting to pad his actual diesel consumption by including other receipts for other vehicles in order to defraud the government. But instead of rendering a ruling based on the actual charges, she instead penalized Mison with reprimand as it found the Immigration official guilty of only simple misconduct. Why the double standard Ombudsman Moral-less?
