I am so fed up with this whole refinancing of my home...Im quite sure its a much easier process but the constant hoops to jump through, the false judgment I had to clear up and the total ineptness of the Mortgage broker im using has put a really bad taste in my mouth....Word of advice, If you live in the Elko area, never, I repeat, NEVER use Ruby Mountain Mortage!!! its like they have never done a refinace before or I think mine is thier first and when you need to get ahold of them, Forgrt it...They never answer the phones....if and when you do ever manage to get ahold of them its always some lame excuse... cmon already least try and act professional...I have been in the process off having this done since February.
