OMG! Just got an email from my Real Estate law professor. The trial notebook I did last week was supposed to be a group project. I asked at the very beginning of the semester to do it individually because it is hard to work as a group when you live in Lexington. I have also discovered that I tend to work better on my own (Steve Jobs like personality :-P). I also wanted to work on it on my own because I really wanted to learn all 15 chapters (in a group would have only been responsible for 3 to 4 of them) and make a trial notebook worthy to use in practice. That said, the notebook was worth 50% of my grade. My professor just said I earned the entire 50% and that my notebook was truly exceptional. That out of 8-9 other groups in class, that my individual effort was exceptional (enough to warrant 100% credit for what is now 50% of my grade)! WOW! I am that good! lol (just kidding :-P, but still wow!!) This is right up there with the A+ in International Law (and in law school they dont typically give A+s!!!)
