OMG. Some of you may remember that I have said that I have had to do mushroom removal from my dog yard each time the dogs go out. They have been on the decline, but I have still been clearing the yard each time before letting dogs out. So, tonight, I clear the yard, and let dogs out. For some reason I look up, and here comes Kelly with a HUGE ASS MUSHROOM in her mouth. It looks like an Amanita Death Angel. Fully bloomed, pure white, with full flat head, and big fat stem. I am on the patio, fenced from getting to her. I SCREAM at her to drop it, and she does. Instantly, Dang picks it up and before I can get to him, he eats the entire thing...... I rush into the house and fling things looking for peroxide. NONE. Grab my purse and run for the van to go get some. Happen to notice my neighbor across the street is on her porch. She had heard me screaming at the dogs to DROP THAT, SPIT THAT OUT, so when I asked her if she had peroxide, she jumped to get it. A big ass family sized bottle. Yay. Across the street I go, fill a big syringe with about 20 CC and shove it down his gullet. 15 seconds. Nothing. So I give him another shot. Bingo. Big white frothy hurl, and upon a it of washing down, there is all of that white bastard, in little chunks. ALL out. It came out on the first hurl and he finished up about 7 minutes later after making sure his stomach was completely empty. OMG. If you dont have peroxide, good fresh peroxide, in your house, get some. I know Im going to TOMORROW. Dang dog.....
