OMG!!! Track Practice was sooo tiring 2day. first we did our warm ups. then we split up into our individual groups (I am a long jumper) when we went back as a big group, I did 2 100s. then I did the cool down exercises. I went home and almost died. it was fun though going to the long jumping group. we hopped, bounded, and jumped onto a gray mat feet 1st. it was so much fun. cant wait 2 go back 2morrow and every school day after that. ya, we go everyday we have school.
