OMG: casting genius! Dominic Purcell gets cast as Heat Wave opposite Wentworth Millers Captain Cold. Its a Prison Break brothers reunion! The partnership of Heat and Cold is one of the best dynamics in DC Comics, and whoever made this happen deserves an award. As an aside: my JLA dream cast last year actually had a similar thought in mind. I was hoping theyd do Wentworth as Atom and Dominic as Hawkman, which would be a nod to the Prison Break brothers because Atom sitting on Hawkmans shoulder is a legendary DC image. Since thats obviously not happening, I am happy with this one. The Flash sure has been knocking it out of the park with a lot of their casting. So how could they have gone so horribly wrong in the casting of its two primary leads, Barry and Iris?
