ON LIKING YOUR OWN FACEBOOK POSTS: There is a very strategic reason why people do this. It is not out of narcissism, like many other annoying things you see people doing on social media (humblebrags, cleavage shots, duckfaces, blatant marketing, political rants, etc). On the contrary... Liking your own posts actually allows Facebooks algorithms to work for you. Your posts will, in theory, appear in more of your friends newsfeeds. More people will see them than if you didnt like your own posts. And, you do want more people to see your brilliance dont you? So cool your judgement jets on this one.... And start liking your own stuff with pride! :-) BOOM!
