ON MY HUMBLE MIND: THE ABC OF MY LEADERSHIP QUALITIES AS A VICE CHAIRMAN WILL HELP THE N.P.P. WIN THE EMPATHY OF GHANAIANS TO WIN ELECTION 2016. As the date for the election of National Executive Officers for the New Patriotic and Party draws near, the king makers of our great party, the delegates have an enormous responsibility to select aspirants with the requisite leadership qualities to steer the affairs of the party to win the empathy and mandate of Ghanaians in order to win the 2016 elections. On my humble mind today is the ABC of leadership trait I have been sharing with our delegates while I tour the country to solicit their mandate to be voted as the next National Vice Chairperson of our party. I am motivated and inspired by the resolve of delegates to elect only leaders who have proven their competence devoid of sentiments and emotional considerations to help improve our electoral fortunes in 2016 and beyond. I have shown the kind of leadership style I bring on board to the party summarised as ABC of quality leadership traits of my Vice Chairpersonship, these are, I : Awaken minds Bring people together Communicate effectively Dare to take calculated risk Enlighten and empower Foster collaboration Give tools to succeed Help you to do it yourself Invite and encourage questions Joyfully embrace diversity Keep an open mind Lead by example Motivate with respect Never give up on you Open doors to new worlds and new ideas Put first things first Quest to make learning fun Recognise problems early Share roles and responsibilities Take time to explain issues Unwrap talents and abilities Values everyones inputs Welcome mistakes as part of learning Xceeds expectations Yean to connect not correct Zest to make a difference. Our delegates are encouraged to vote for Fred Kwaku Amankwah-Sarfo as the Vice Chairperson to bring on board some few humble innovative ideas, core competence, skills, knowledge and understanding of the complexities of organisational behaviour and information management systems and ICT technology likely to be used in the 2016 elections to help our party win the empathy of Ghanaians and to win the 2016 elections. My three tier approach of unity in our diversity, effective political communication and the implementation of a strategic management plan is the surest panacea to improve our electoral fortunes to win the 2016 election. Vote for futuristic mind set and innovative ideas. Thank you and have an excellent day.
