ON URBAN UPDATE: Today on Channel 7- NBC (WHDH) at 11:30 am, host Alberto Vasallo, III will discuss how on Tuesday, May 28, State Rep. Linda Dorcena Forry clinched a historic victory to become the first woman and person of color to represent Boston’s First Suffolk Senate District. Also, a segment on "The Possible Project", a multi-year afterschool program that offers high school students the opportunity to gain crucial skills that will help them learn how to become entrepreneurs. And, closing out the show, Alberto will be joined via SKYPE by author Alison McLennan, to discuss her debut novel entitled “Falling for Johnny.” In the novel, Alison McLennan tells the story of a friendship between a teenage girl and an Irish crime boss, and how things change when she finds out his true identity.
