ON WHICH MOUNTAIN ARE WE STANDING? THERE IS MOUNT SINAI, WHICH IS OF BOND WOMAN THAT SYMBOLISE LAW, AND THERE IS A MOUNT ZION, WHICH IS OF FREE WOMAN, THAT SYMBOLISE GRACE. GAL:4:22-29: For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the bondmaid and one by the free woman. But whereas the child of the slave woman was born according to the flesh {and} had an ordinary birth, the son of the free woman was born in fulfillment of the promise. Now all this is an allegory; these [two women] represent two covenants. One covenant originated from Mount Sinai [where the Law was given] and bears [children destined] for slavery; this is Hagar. Now Hagar is (stands for) Mount Sinai in Arabia and she corresponds to {and} belongs in the same category with the present Jerusalem, for she is in bondage together with her children. But the Jerusalem above (the Messianic kingdom of Christ) is free, and she is our mother.mFor it is written in the Scriptures, Rejoice, O barren woman, who has not given birth to children; break forth into a joyful shout, you who are not feeling birth pangs, for the desolate woman has many more children than she who has a husband. But we, brethren, are children [not by physical descent, as was Ishmael, but] like Isaac, born in virtue of promise. Yet [just] as at that time the child [of ordinary birth] born according to the flesh despised {and} persecuted him [who was born remarkably] according to [the promise and the working of] the [Holy] Spirit, so it is now also. WHERE ARE WE FEEDING FROM, ON WHICH TREE ARE WE FEEDING ON? THERE IS A TREE OF LIFE, AND THERE IS A TREE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL. THE TREE OF LIFE IS GRACE OF GOD THROUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST FINISHED WORK, AND THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL IS LAW. WHEN WE FEED ON TREE OF LIFE AND WE SHALL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE BY GRACE, AND THOSE THAT FEED ON THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL, THEIR END IS SPIRITUAL DEATH WHICH LITERALLY LEAD TO ETERNAL DEATH. SO THE QUESTION WE SHOULD ASK OURSELVES NOW IS, WHICH TREE ARE WE FEEDING ON? THE SPIRIT OF GOD IS SAYING TO THE SAINTS, AND IS ADMONISHING US NOT TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WAS MADE BY THE FIRST MAN ADAM IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN. THE SPIRIT IS ASKING US THE TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, WHICH TREE ARE WE FEEDING FROM?. ARE WE FEEDING FROM THE TREE OF LIFE( WHICH LITERALLY IS THE GRACE OF GOD THROUGH OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST; OR ARE WE FEEDING FROM THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL, WHICH LITERALLY STAND FOR LAW OF MOSES?. John 1:17:For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. THE SCRIPTURE BESEECHED US TO ALWAYS MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE. ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURE, BOTH THE TREE OF LIFE AND THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL WERE TOGETHER IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN; BUT THE TEMPTER, THE DEVIL, THE EVIL ONE DID NOT TEMPTED EVE TO EAT FROM THE TREE OF LIFE, THE REASON IS SO SIMPLE; BECAUSE THE TREE OF LIFE WILL GIVE ETERNAL LIFE TO MANKIND, WHILE THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL WILL ALWAYS LEAD TO DESTRUCTION. Genesis 2:9:And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. THE FOLLOWING ARE THE BENEFITS OF EATING FROM THE TREE OF LIFE; WHISH IS THE GRACE IN OUR LORD JESUS CHTIST. IT GIVES ETERNAL LIFE:Genesis 3:22:And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever. THIS VERSE SHOWS THAT WHOSOEVER THAT EAT OR FEED ON THE TREE OF LIVE WILL LIVE FOREVER. WHO IS THE TREE OF LIFE? OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. John:6:51-55: I [Myself] am this Living Bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this Bread, he will live forever; and also the Bread that I shall give for the life of the world is My flesh (body).Then the Jews angrily contended with one another, saying, How is He able to give us His flesh to eat? And Jesus said to them, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, you cannot have any life in you unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood [unless you appropriate His life and the saving merit of His blood]. He who feeds on My flesh and drinks My blood has (possesses now) eternal life, and I will raise him up [from the dead] on the last day. For My flesh is true {and} genuine food, and My blood is true {and} genuine drink. He who feeds on My flesh and drinks My blood dwells continually in Me, and I [in like manner dwell continually] in him. THE TREE OF LIFE IS FULL OF THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT. LOVE, PEACE, JOY, LONG SUFFERING, GENTLENESS, GOODNESS, FAITH, MEEKNESS, AND SELF CONTROL. Proverbs 3:18:She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her. Proverbs 11:30:The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. Proverbs 13:12:Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life. Proverbs 15:4:A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit. THE CONSEQUENCE OF FEEDING FROM THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL WHICH IS THE SYMBOL OF LAW OF MOSES WILL LEAD TO CONDEMNATION, FALSE GUILT, AND SPIRITUAL DEATH. LAW WASNT GIVEN TO JUSTIFY MEN, SO WE CAN SAY THAT FEEDING ON THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL CANT JUSTIFY ANY MAN, APART FROM THE GRACE OF GOD IN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST; WHICH IS THE TREE OF LIFE. Romans 3:20,22-28:Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say , at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. THE LAW CANT MAKE ANY ONE PERFECT, THE LAW WAS GIVEN TO SHOW ALL MANKIND OF THEIR FLAWS AND THE NEED FOR A SAVIOUR. WHAT THEN WAS THE PURPOSE OF THE LAW?Gal:3:19 What then was the purpose of the Law? It was added [later on, after the promise, to disclose and expose to men their guilt] because of transgressions {and} [to make men more conscious of the sinfulness] of sin; and it was intended to be in effect until the Seed (the Descendant, the Heir) should come, to {and} concerning Whom the promise had been made. And it [the Law] was arranged {and} ordained {and} appointed through the instrumentality of angels [and was given] by the hand (in the person) of a go-between [Moses, an intermediary person between God and man]. THE LAW IS THE ROOT OF DEATH: 1 Corinthians 15:56:The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.2Cor:3:7 Now if the dispensation of death engraved in letters on stone [the ministration of the Law], was inaugurated with such glory {and} splendor that the Israelites were not able to look steadily at the face of Moses because of its brilliance, [a glory] that was to fade {and} pass away. THE DISPENSATION OF LAW IS CONDEMNATION, FALSE GUILT, AND THE END IS SPIRITUAL DEATH. THE MORE WE FEED ON THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL WHICH IS LAW OF MOSES, IT EMPOWER SIN. 1Cor:15:56 Now sin is the sting of death, and sin exercises its power [upon the soul] through [the abuse of] the Law.Rom:4:15 For the Law results in [divine] wrath, but where there is no law there is no transgression [of it either]. FEEDING ON THE GRACE OF GOD IN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST THEN THE POWER AND STRENGTH OF SIN WILL DIMINISH. Romans 6:14: For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. THE LAW WAS GIVING SO THE KNOWLEDGE OF SIN MAY ABOUND, BUT WHERE SINS ABOUND, GRACE MUCH MORE SUPER ABOUND: Rom:5:20 But then Law came in, [only] to expand {and} increase the trespass [making it more apparent and exciting opposition]. But where sin increased {and} abounded, grace (Gods unmerited favor) has surpassed it {and} increased the more {and} superabounded, rom:3:19 Now we know that whatever the Law says, it speaks to those who are under the Law, so that [the murmurs and excuses of] every mouth may be hushed and all the world may be held accountable to God. SO WE MUST MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION TO FEED ON THE TREE OF LIFE, WHICH IS THE GRACE OF GOD, AN UNMERITED, UNEARNED, UNDESERVED, AND UNQUALIFIED FAVOUR OF GOD, AND NOT ON THE TREE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL, WHICH IS FULL OF CONDEMNATION, FALSE GUILT, SPIRITUAL DEATH, DOOM AND GLOOM. Deut:30:19 I call heaven and earth to witness this day against you that I have set before you life and death, the blessings and the curses; therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live. ACCORDING TO 2 Corinthians 3:6-9:Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life. But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away: How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. THE LETTER KILLETH, WHILE THE SPIRIT GIVE LIVE! AS A TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, WE ARE UNDER A NEW COVENANT, BECAUSE THE OLD COVENANT COULD NOT FULFIL THE PLAN OF GOD FOR US, BECAUSE MEN COULD NOT KEEP IT. Heb:8:6-8: But as it now is, He [Christ] has acquired a [priestly] ministry which is as much superior {and} more excellent [than the old] as the covenant (the agreement) of which He is the Mediator (the Arbiter, Agent) is superior {and} more excellent, [because] it is enacted {and} rests upon more important (sublimer, higher, and nobler) promises. For if that first covenant had been without defect, there would have been no room for another one {or} an attempt to institute another one. However, He finds fault with them [showing its inadequacy] when He says, Behold, the days will come, says the Lord, when I will make {and} ratify a new covenant {or} agreement with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. THERE HAVE BEEN A CHANGE IN THE PRIESTHOOD LINEAGE, BEAUSE IT WAS STATED THAT THE PRIEST SHALL COME FROM THE HOUSE OF THE LEVI, BUT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST THAT IS OUR HIGH PRIEST DID NOT COME FROM THE HOUSE OF LEVI, RATHER HE CAME FROM THE LINEAGE OF JUDAH. SO THEREFORE, THERE MUST BE A CHANGE IN LAW, ONCE THERE HAVE BEEN A CHANGE IN THE PRIESTHOOD LINEAGE. Heb:7:12 For when there is a change in the priesthood, there is of necessity an alteration of the law [concerning the priesthood] as well. THE PRIESTHOOD UNDER THE LEVITICAL PRIESTHOOD, ARE UNDER THE LAW OF WORKS, AND OBEDIENCE TO LAW OF WORKS, BUT THE TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN ARE UNDER THE PRIESTHOOD OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, WE ARE UNDER THE LAW OF FAITH AND OBEDIENCE TO THE FAITH OF OUR LRD JESUS CHRIST. Heb:7:11 Now if perfection (a perfect fellowship between God and the worshiper) had been attainable by the Levitical priesthood--for under it the people were given the Law--why was it further necessary that there should arise another {and} different kind of Priest, one after the order of Melchizedek, rather than one appointed after the order {and} rank of Aaron? AS TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, WE HAVE A LAW GOD GAVE TO US, AND THE LAW IS CALLEDTHE LAW OF FAITH, AND LIBERTY, NOT OF WORKSRom:3:27-28:Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. Rom:8:1-2:THEREFORE, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, {who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit.}For the law of the Spirit of life [which is] in Christ Jesus [the law of our new being] has freed me from the law of sin and of death. THERE IS A LAW OF SIN AND OF DEATH, WHICH IS THE LAW OF MOSES OF THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL, WHILE THERE IS LAW OF SPIRIT OF LIVE WHICH IS ONLY FOUND IN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, SO LETS MAKE A CHOICE WHICH LAW ARE WE GOING TO ALLOW TO GOVERN OUR LIVES. AS A TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, THE OBEDIENT REQUIRED FROM US IS NOT OF THE OBEDIENCE OF WORKS BUT OBEDIENCE OF FAITHRom:1:5 It is through Him that we have received grace (Gods unmerited favor) and [our] apostleship to promote obedience to the faith {and} make disciples for His names sake among all the nations,16:26 But is now disclosed and through the prophetic Scriptures is made known to all nations, according to the command of the eternal God, [to win them] to obedience to the faith. ITS THE OBEDIENCE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST THAT IS ACCREDITED TO US.2Cor:10:5 [Inasmuch as we] refute arguments {and} theories {and} reasonings and every proud {and} lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought {and} purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). THE QUESTION WE MUST ASK OURSELVES NOW IS, WHAT IS THE OBEDIENCE OF CHRIST? BIBLE MUST INTERPRET BIBLE. Rom:5:19 For just as by one mans disobedience (failing to hear, heedlessness, and carelessness) the many were constituted sinners, so by one Mans obedience the many will be constituted righteous (made acceptable to God, brought into right standing with Him).THIS SCRIPTURE MADE IT KNOWN TO US THAT BY ONE MAN DISOBEDIENCE MANY WERE MADE SINNERS, WHO IS THAT ONE MAN? ADAM, SO LIKEWISE BY THE OBEDIENCE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST,WE THAT BELIEVE IN HIM ARE MADE RIGHTEOUS, SO WE CAN CONCLUDE THAT ITS NOT OUR OWN OBEDIENCE AS THE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE TEACHES , BUT ITS BY THE OBEDIENCE OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST THAT WE ARE ALL MADE RIGHTEOUS. SO LET US MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE, BECAUSE NO ONE WILL STAND WITH US ON THE DAYS OF THE LORD. OUR PASTORS WILL NOT BE THERE WITH US ON THE DAY OF THE LORD. THE PASTORS WILL ANSWER FOR THEIR OWN CHOICE THAT THEY MADE WHILE ON EARTH. IF THE WORD OF GOD SAY SO, SO BE IT. LET GOD BE TRUE AND ALL MEN BE A LIAR. GOD CANT BE HONOURED WITHOUT FAITH. Heb:11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please {and} be satisfactory to Him. For whoever would come near to God must [necessarily] believe that God exists and that He is the rewarder of those who earnestly {and} diligently seek Him [out]
