The most successful among us are not the most gifted theyre often every day people whore a PASSIONATE about bringing forth that which is them. On the contrary the most gifted, anointed or privilege often end up not ACCOMPLISHING anything worthwhile with an entire lifetime because they want everything they touch to have that legendary MIDAS touch. They pursue PERFECTION to the detriment of divine PURPOSE. God isnt expecting us to create masterpieces but to submit to the MASTER CRAFTSMAN to create masterpieces through us. Besides He doesnt expect us to PRODUCE anything that is FLAWLESS or PERFECT because on this side of eternity we KNOW in part. Irrespective of what we celebrate today as EXCELLENT or PERFECT its nothing but a minutiae part of an ETERNAL bigger picture. Sincerely, if what we create can SOLVE a tiny problems for humanity that is ENOUGH for GOD. About 50+ years ago a man wrote a book...THINGS FALL APART to tell the AFRICAN story from the African perspective. I wasnt so sure that his interest was to write an award winning book. In fact it was rare to even get publishers to publish a Blackman...much more one whose book depicted images and ideology from the African jungle full of Apes and Gorilla. This book was received in Nigeria with ridicule and skepticism...The faculty at the University of Ibadan was AMUSED at the thought of a worthwhile novel being written by an alumnus (Wikipedia). But before Chinua Achebe demise Things Fall Apart had GARNERED several awards, TRANSLATED into 50 languages and is today RATED as the most WIDELY read book in modern African literature. Welcome to the new year! STOP waiting for that strange INSIGHT, uncommon IDEA or supernatural CREATIVITY. if it comes great...but if doesnt come just go ahead and do that which God has laid in your heart. It may not be PERFECT but DO IT ANYWAY. I see you SUCCEEDING this YEAR. Were all Waiting for you to RELEASE that piece of ETERNITY and GLORY hidden in you irrespective of how TINY or IMPERFECT you think it is. Stop holding back We NEED that which you have.
