*****ONE TEAM..ONE MISSION******* **MORE BURGLARIES SOLVED** In recent weeks, the City of Trenton and the area immediately surrounding the city has experienced numerous residential and business burglaries. In response, The Gilchrist County Sheriffs Office and the Trenton Police Department combined efforts and launched an extensive and exhaustive investigation Due to the great work by Deputy Sheriffs, City Police Officers and Detectives responding to each scene and conducting thorough crime scene investigations and communication between multiple agencies, the GCSO and TPD are pleased to announce that approximately 20 residential and business burglaries have been solved. Trenton Police Department Police Chief Tracy Taylor and GCSO Detective Kenny Phillips, are filing charges on CARL STEPHEN HUNTER (W/M, D.O.B: 12-11-1987) of the Bell and Trenton area, on multiple counts of Burglary, grand theft, criminal mischief and firearm charges. Certain aspects of the investigations are on going.
