OPEN AUDITIONS next weekend Sat. 25th & Sun. 26th October Please note that this is not a PQA production. It is OPEN AUDITIONS which means anyone can come along and audition so invite your friends. There is a production fee of £130 which will be payable by everyone who gets cast in the show. Full details about payment and rehearsal schedule etc. can be found on the website brillianttheatrearts.co.uk/productions There is nothing to prepare and no need to register. These auditions will be run as workshops: (These auditions are very low pressure and are therefore ideal for first time auditioning students) The format will be as follows: A dance routine will be taught and everyone will dance (in groups). A song will be taught and everyone will sing (in groups). An acting session will be run working on characters/accents etc. (in groups). Students who are selected for lead parts might be required to sing solo - if their character has a song in the show (obviously!). The producers are looking for some great dancers (please bring your tap shoes if you are a Tapper!), some strong singers and some fabulous character actors.
