J. as your presidential candidates in the just concluded primary election of your parties (APC & PDP). I also want to make know that a true democratic and legitimate leader is the one duly and fully elected by the masses. Although our interests as citizens vary, each one is an artery to the heart that pumps life through the body politic, and each is important to the health of democracy. The sides are being divided now, Its very obvious So if youre on the other side of the fence, youre suddenly anti-Nigeria. Its breeding fear of being on the wrong side. Democracy is a very fragile thing, you have to take care of democracy. As soon as you stop being responsible to it and allow it to turn into scrare tactics, its no longer democracy, is it? Its something else. It may be an inch away from totalitarianism. Mao Zedony said politics is war without bloodshed while war is politics with bloodshed. Nigerians need now is not heroics but healing in every sector; not words but actions; not war but peace; not totalitarianism but democracy; not nostrums but normalcy; not revolution but restoration. My fellow Nigerians, irrespective of your political party/ideology, I will urge you all to keep supporting liberal democracy; practice politics with wisdom not with blood; our campaign for our candidates should not in any way base on religion or tribe but it should base on vision and mission of that candidate and his ideology.
