Today Bill Smitherman (Jim Wilbanks brother-in-law and campaign treasurer) tried to post an article on my page which quoted a letter supposedly from the Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) stating that the JQC did not intend to take action against Mr. Wilbanks for his contempt of probation escapades. 1) Mr. Smitherman did not deny the allegations which I take to be an admission that they are true (We have the documents-hard to deny) 2) Mr. Wilbanks should waive the JQCs secrecy rule so the voters can see the investigation file and decide for themselves.
