Java Plum Hiring - Digital Marketing Manager The Manager, Digital & Retail Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic digital marketing plan for a high end womens luxury brand (A start up). The Manager will also be expected to be a key contributor to strategy and support of all Digital and retail programs and align with Retail marketing. The Manager will be responsible for media management, designing, cost and risk management, promotions. • Designated programs may include but are not limited to: email marketing, center websites, organic search, paid search and display media, and social media marketing. • Develop an annual strategic plan for the position’s designated digital programs and the appropriate action plan to execute and communicate the plan to external departments and centers when approved. • Advanced knowledge of retail business and social media applications • Strong organizational and project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to handle multiple tasks • A high level of professionalism and initiative • Ability to sustain a high level of energy and enthusiasm • Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Advanced strategic and tactical knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and/or email marketing • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analysis • Advanced knowledge of digital planning and digital media Experience and Training • 3 to 5 years of Marketing experience with a minimum 4 years of Interactive/Digital Marketing experience is required • Minimum of 2 years of management responsibilities is required, including strategic plan development, management of internal staff and/or external vendors or agencies • Proven high performer with knowledge of digital and overall marketing Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, or equivalent education and experience, is required MINIMUM Exp : 2-4 Years in any good organization Gender Preference : Male WRITTEN AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS SHOULD BE EXCELLENT (NO COMPROMISE ON THIS) Location Nearby Ghitorni Metro station 10-15 Minutes walk Contact : Ritika Khanna Ph: + 91 1149084012 [email protected]
