OPERATION SAFE PASSAGE: What a crock of shit. Now they have non-union city workers standing on street corners with cell phones. This should help a lot. You gotta be kidding me, Is this guy on the crack pipe or what. These people are considered management and do not belong to a union so Rhamn can do as he pleases with them. I wonder if he will go their funeral when one of them gets shot. What I am wondering is just how esential is their job if we can afford to have them standing on street corners for 3 weeks. Maybe after 3 weeks Rhamn might say hey guess what we got along fine without them, do we really need them at all. Hey Rhamn we been saying that about you all along, you can take a 3 year vacation and no one would miss you. How about we have operation safe passage for tourist along Michigan Ave. This could catch on, and with Mc Numbnuts killing crime one might be delusional enough to think that this is a safe city, a regular Camelot
